This Thursday, March 15th, the chef of the Poseidonion Grand Hotel, Stamatis Marmarinos, will be at Ark Restaurant in the context of Symposio at Ark, having as guests distinguished chefs and restaurants from all over Greece. Visitors will have the opportunity to "travel" to Spetses through the creations of Stamatis Marmarinos, getting a glimpse of the chef's suggestions at the On the Verandah menu of the Poseidonion Grand Hotel.
