Our season On the Verandah comes to an end this weekend in the same way that it began, with our talented chef Stamatis Marmarinos and his team creating a culinary dinner recapturing the essence of the aromas and flavours of Spetses. In a special menu dedicated to the highlights of the season’s signature dishes, diners are invited to experience a final gustatory journey beginning at own organic farm and incorporating flavours from the wider regions of Greece. The result will be an elegy to the diversity and tradition of greek cuisine in its contemporary form with the tastes and fragrances of Spetses as its inspiration. The restaurant will be receiving diners on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 of September before closing its doors until next season, with a special degustation menu.
