The Il Cortile, or the courtyard, has always been a very special place since it first appeared in residential architecture. It was originally a private outdoor area in which to gather, cook and partake of a home-cooked meal. Recognising the significance of such a special venue where one can share precious moments with loved ones, we have created a new dining option for guests with our Il Cortile restaurant. Located in the courtyard area just beyond the Palms, diners will discover a discreet setting in which to partake of a delectable soiree of fine Italian fare. 
 

Our chef Stamatis Marmarinos has curated a menu that is emphasized on meat based dishes including some classic Italian suggestions. Diners can savour an extensive range of salads, appetizers, cold cuts, choice grilled meat and mouth-watering desserts in the exclusive Il Cortile, surrounded by the coolness of the lush greenery and the warmth of the cloistered ambience. 
 

One can enjoy a rustic stroll to Tuscany with a panzanella salad or wander through Calabria with truffle paccheri. The rich flavours of the Italian campagna can be explored through select cuts of bresaola, salami and mortadella while parmesan and fresh basil bring their own distinct voices to many of the dishes. Succulent rib-eye or tomahawk grilled steaks are served with regional vegetables dressed in local honey and fresh herbs, with tender black boar chops from Greek farms being delicious alternatives. A medley of refreshing desserts such as tangy lemon tart and luscious profiteroles will ensure a very sweet end to this lovely al fresco dining experience, which will surely remain a very special memory in your heart and mind.
